1. Participation & Payment Obligation
By registering with FA Footballtraining, the parent/guardian agrees to the child's participation for the duration of the entire current season.
The chosen payment method (one-time payment, payment in installments, or monthly payment) is solely a payment service and does not affect the total payment obligation. The parent/guardian remains responsible for paying the full season rate for the current season.
Premature termination of participation does not entitle the participant to a refund of (part of) the amount paid.
Only in exceptional situations, such as a long-term injury, medical conditions, or other serious reasons, can a suitable arrangement be made in consultation. FA Footballtraining reserves the right to make a decision in this regard.
The agreement terminates automatically at the end of the season, unless otherwise agreed.
