In addition to movement and ball feeling, the emphasis is on the development of social and cognitive skills:
- Listening & following instructions: How do you respond to a coach?
- Cooperation & group behavior: How do you play with others?
- Dealing with small challenges: Learning to persevere, make mistakes and get back up
- Building trust: Breaking away from parental guidance and working independently with the coach
During this phase, parents can support their child during training, but the goal is that children learn to train confidently and independently with the coach during the season, without the help of mom or dad.
